PLEASE! I beg of you! I want to easily be able to purchase an
electric car. Regular folks like me need this option NOW. We need
to decrease our dependence on foreign oil and save our air in the
process. 

I understand what you are proposing is actually going to make it
harder and take many years longer for regular folks like myself to
be able to obtain an electric car. This is not in the best interest
of the people of California or the rest of the country or world.
Please, Please, Please take people like myself into consideration.
Because we will not stay quiet for long. We know what is possible
now, and we want change now.
