| Comment | Please don't let auto manufacturers off the hook again. Instead, require them to offer for sale 100,000 ZEV's in the period 2012 thru 2014. They can do it. There will always be better batteries just around the corner, but we can't wait to get to the corner. The rest of the country is counting on us. If we don't ask the auto manufacturers to stand up for our environmental future, by federal law other sates prohibited from doing so. Only California can lead the way and lead we must. |
