Hello,
My name is Anna Vanderhoof.  I am a freshman at Syracuse
University in New York.  My major is environmental engineering.  I
have watched the documentary "Who Killed the Electric Car" quite a
few times, and each time I watch it, I wonder why; why would the
"Air Resources Board" vote down such a needed mandate.  In the
documentary it says how California has the worst air quality and
yet you voted down the Zero Emissions mandate!   Please, with this
vote on March 26, the U.S. needs this push, the car companies need
this push.  It is becoming more and more important all the time
with global warming becoming an ever bigger problem and the cars
we have now are a major factor in that.  WE NEED ELECTRIC CARS!  A
LOT OF THEM!  
Please, I encourage you to make the right decision and not vote it
down again!
