| Comment | I am a happy owner of a battery electric vehicle that I use for driving locally around Redwood City, CA. My electric utility provider, PG&E, reports that its 2008 power mix includes only 2% coal usage, so I feel that driving and charging my vehicle contributes less in the way of air pollution than an equivalent gasoline powered car. Please keep the pressure on the automobile manufacturers to produce plug-in capable battery and hybrid electric vehicles. --Thank You |
