We have an obligation to take immediate action to eliminate the
poisons that are uneccessarily emitted by millions of vehicles on
the roads of our ABLE country. It is shameful that we have the
ability to improve the quality of our lives and are hindered by
the greed of those who abuse their positions for personal gain. 

The vast majority of people are aware that there are other
options.

I would like to see this change for the benefit of the General
American public immediately and not in the distant future.
