| Comment | I am very much in favor of feebates to encourage the use of plug-in hybrid, and all-electric vehicles. Charge a fee for inefficient vehicles and use that money to give rebates to buyers of clean vehicles that plug-in. There are many advantages for the individuals as well as society as a whole. |
