Subject: Opposing the terrible biomethane project

We are demanding that the California ARB think about who is most affected by the 2015 blowout: the more than 1.5 residents of the San Fernando Valley. Not the chamber of commerces and other groups giving support for the SoCalGas dairy digesters project. None of their members have suffered through asthmatic attacks, severe skin rashes, migraines, etc. due to the emissions of methane and toxic chemicals. Any projects should be done by companies in LA County, where the harm happened, that actually will benefit the environment such as solar and wind technologies. Not another carbon based fossil fuel that WILL leak from the wells where SoCalGas intends to store it and then sell to benefit its management.
