The City of Hanford has been following the storage facility leek scenario since its identification. We believe the settlement agreement is both fair and beneficial. The City has been evaluating Digester development for the creation of renewable natural gas to benefit the Citizens of the City of Hanford and Kings County. We support the settlement and would be very much interested in the development of as many as 5 Digester projects in and around Kings County to improve air quality and provide a long-term source of renewable natural gas.
