I commend ARB on working to include the reduction of high GWP gas measures in California. One area that receives little to no attention is addressing the use of high GWP gases in building materials. I would like to recommend more specific language in the Scoping Plan to reduce GHG emissions through use of Low GWP building material alternatives that are currently commercially available. Thank you. |
