Given the apparent more rapid than anticipated concentration of
Greenhouse gases inthe atmosphere and the accopaning impacts such
as ocean warming, glacier melting,aND more extreme weather events
the important of SLCP has become more critical.

The analysis and conclusion of the IPCC should be the basis for all
policies and regulations development by the ARB. 

1.We need to strictly limit methane emmission from dairies and
support the implementation of anarobic digetion energy facities at
dairies.

2. Capture and use landfill methane emmissions.

3.Support replacement of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
fto reduce reduce the amount of leakage of fluoridated gases.

4. Require and support engine upgrades to reduce cancer causing 
particulate emissions that are also a source of SLCP.
