Dear Ms. Nichols, Thank you for taking the time to respond to my email. I don't see a rational reason to continue with the old lease rules on plug in electric vehicles. It is high time we move into a ZEV world. Rewriting the old ways is a cornerstone of progressing to a new clean energy age.
