Thank you for your part in California being a leader on climate change. My hope is that you review the incredible merits of a CARBON TAX. A carbon tax is a Win Win for many of the stakeholders. More predictable price on carbon and revenue stream. Fair playing field for all forms of energy so renewable can compete. I am a volunteer with Citizens climate Lobby. |
