It could be very useful to have tool to engage the public in GHG reduction projects. Work with nonprofits to develop a digital platform that enables this in a compelling way. Facilitates community ideas rising up, projects getting some community funding. Use that to leverage govt and private funding, attract attention, gauge community interest and gin it up. Target disadvantaged communities. |
