Indigo Ag commends CARB and the Task Force for their efforts to consider new opportunities for compliance offset protocols to incentivize GHG benefits from the agriculture sector. We encourage CARB to take a different conceptual view of cropland management practice changes, focusing on overall performance rather than individual practices. This will involve adoption of new approaches to project definitions, quantification, and aggregation. Please see the attached comments for further details.
