To whom it may concern: Iberdrola Renewables respectifully requests that CARB staff extend the January 4, 2016 deadline for comments regarding the December 14, 2015 workshop on California's Plan for Compliance with the Clean Power Plan and Potential 2016 Amendments to the Cap and Trade Program. The multi-faceted workshop covered several broad and highly complext topics, each of which has a critical bearing on California's GHG regulatory structure as well as the California electricity market. The last couple of weeks of the year are normally not conducive to gathering internal meetings that necessarily involve multiple divisions given the busy holiday season and given many employees take vacation during this time. In order for CARB to receive optimal and meaningful comments on these important issues, we request an extension of at least one week and preferably two. Thank you kindly for your consideration. |
