Blue Source wishes to thank ARB staff for their consistent efforts to elucidate and improve upon the Compliance Offset Protocol for U.S. Forest Offset Projects. Blue Source appreciates the time and effort ARB has dedicated to developing the recently released Draft Guidance for forest projects and looks forward to attending the September 16th webinar. Communication between ARB and forest project proponents is essential to the continued success of forest carbon offset projects and, as the largest contributor of forest carbon offsets to the California cap and trade program, Blue Source is committed to playing an active and supportive role in the refinement of the forest protocol. |
