Please take out the "international forest-based offsets" aka REDD+. The people in Mexico and elsewhere don't want to sell their forests to California's polluters to allow them to continue polluting. Pollution must stop. That's what everyone wants. Even if government officials and companies and NGOs that hope to take part in the business tell you otherwise. "Buying airtime" for polluters is no solution to the climate crisis. REDD+ was stopped at the UN level for good reasons. Don't try to bring back this zombie. No to REDD+.
