I suggest the acquisition parity, this is, all the PHEV and All-Electric Vehicles have the same prices (applying the rebate from the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Incentive Program) to an equivalent all-petroleum. Small cars would have priority (more efficiency). Regards. P.S.: I suggest include Smart car (microhybrid) and promote similar microhybrid electric cars (city cars). |
