To the California Air Resources Board; Please cancel the Rice Cultivation Projects Compliance Offset Protocol and all existing and proposed Compliance Offset Protocols under the Cap-and-Trade Regulation. Carbon offsets are a greenwashing scam that more and more people are seeing through. We all need to REDUCE our carbon footprints, not palm off the responsibility to people in some other location.
