Are you telling the RUC TAC that a Road Usage Charge Pricing and Payout System is needed that will stop subsidizing driving by having the feature of full-cost pricing? It must also protect the economic interests of low income drivers. I have attached a letter that covers much of what is needed in a Road Usage Charge Pricing and Payout System. |
