El Concilio is a nonprofit in Oxnard that serves the underserved communities throughout Ventura County. We support efforts that help clean the air such as capturing existing waste streams from dairies and converting that into renewable natural gas which in turn could be used to fuel natural gas powered buses and other vehicles. |
