I was sorry to see that the Volkswagen Settlement plan appears to be completely oriented toward Battery-powered electric vehicles and completely ignores the only other type of Zero Emission Vehicles currently on the road: Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles. Using some of that settlement money to continue building out the Hydrogen Fueling infrastructure should be included. I am, admittedly, suggesting this somewhat selfishly since I am the proud new owner (technically, lessor) of a 2017 Toyota Mirai, which I love. Please consider using some of these funds to build more Hydrogen Fueling capability. Thank you, James White Los Angeles |
