The California Association of Sanitation Agencies (CASA) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Draft Aliso Canyon Methane Leak Climate Impacts Mitigation Program. We recommend the Draft Mitigation Program seek to maximize partnerships with wastewater treatment agencies as a prime mitigation strategy.
