Please stand up for the good for local communities! I would even appreciate being able to pay a bit more in taxes in exchange for having the State step in to CONSTRAIN LOCAL LAND USE authority and make developers accountable for sane transportation, air quality, water quality, sewer and waste treatment and all the other true costs of development that the big financial machines are passing on to communities that have no way of getting redress for the damages being caused by unrestrained mass construction projects. We are ALL in this mess together. What one community does, directly affects the quality of life for all the surrounding communities. STRONG STATE LAW is the most equitable way to spread the joy and have the best impact on critical environmental protection. |
