I favor the strongest possible actions to reduce air pollution. Increased use of carpooling, enforced by more carpool lanes can have the quickest impact. We must break the bad habits of the commuters driving long distances, alone, in 2 or 3 ton gas hogs. Consult the Sirra clubs recommendations for appropriate actions. |
