The proposed settlement needs strengthening for the sake of
reparations, due process and equity.  To wit:

) Prioritize local relief, reparations and health restoration to
make whole the most injured parties.

) Listen closely to the victims of SoCalGasCo's failures. Think of
them as your families and children.

) When revising the settlement and emerging standards, as you
should, think "Safety First."  Not doing so would be a primary
service failure on your part.

) End use of methane as an energy source.  Anything less is
murderous to future generations.

Thank you for your service and attention to the health and welfare
of those whom you chose to serve.
