As a middle class commercial building owner (one very old one) and owner of a residential rental property, I have limited capacity to invest in energy upgrades for my buildings but a very great motivation to do so. I would love a comprehensive guide that maximizes the strategies and current resources (rebates, equipment recommendations, etc). We hear about legislation on the federal level "for green infrastructure" but I am left wondering where to look on the ground level for such projects... |
