To Whom It May Concern, I intend to comment on the draft rice management protocol, however, I am currently too busy with other activities to properly review it by the deadline. If that is ok, I will submit detailed comments within the next few weeks. My expertise in this matter stems from my previous work as a postdoctoral researcher. In that post, I worked in the San Franciso- San Joaquin Delta measuring CO2 and CH4 fluxes using the eddy covariance method.
