Dear Terry, Thanks again for holding the public workshop in Ventura last Friday. Those of us from Santa Barbara County public agencies and ngos found it valuable and informative. Please DO consider requesting our MPO (Santa Barbara County Association of Governments) to take on some kind of responsibility and role right now, not at the next juncture. We have a fine staff, but they work for a short-termer mindset CAG board. Without a nudge, the latter will direct the former to do the minimal in cost or effort to qualify for SB 375, and nothing more. We can, and should, try to do more. Everyone should.
