It is important that the Rice Cultivation Projects Compliance Offset Protocol and all existing and proposed Compliance Offset Protocols be cancelled. Experience has confirmed that offsets and carbon trading are a false solution to climate change. They must be excluded from California’s Global Warming Solutions Act AB32. Sincerely, Larry Lohmann |
