In synergy with DOE's $8 BUSD to build a clean hydrogen system, CARB can design the parameters in the CATS mode forLCFS to increase consumption of a renewable hydrogen that can be transported, stored, and used as a fuel without causing irreparable damage on tropical habitats and food scarcity that leaning on biofuels for deep decarbonization generate.
