This has got to be the dumbest idea devised by government ever. After you sink the California economy, destroy peoples wealth and drive them out of the state, what will you have left? Only the people getting welfare benefits, paying high energy prices. It's a joke. The voters have one more chance to turn this around, and eliminate the CARB. Green is the new Red! |
