Land Use and Local Government West Valley Citizens Air Watch (WVCAW) Comments: Restoration of publicly financed and owned light rail (most residents do not even realize existed in probably most of the major cities in the US until the 1950s) should be built into planning for the future as well as safe, accessible bike paths, separated from roads by recycled tire rubber curbs. |
