Thank you for your willingness to extend the deadline. I am formally submitting comments on behalf of all of us at NRDC. We thank you for all your efforts thus far in developing the LCFS and look forward to continuing the dialogue. I have attached two documents: our comments in response to October's Draft LCFS Regulation and a second document on the lifecycle estimates for different tar sand pathways. We have made available earlier drafts to WSPA, Suncor, as well as other academic researchers in the field. We hope these will be useful to John Courtis and others as they evaluate the non-conventional crude oil pathways. |
