The ARB and its staff for LCFS should be obligated to accept third party standards and certified evaluators of those standards instead of creating their own standards. Possible standards to chose could the the CCX, CDM, the Gold Standard, or any other international standard. Several standards should be selected for use. This idea should also be addressed in the section C.3 on offsets calculations. |
