I am in mid-career and would be interested in learning the trade of building electrification and other green building practices. However, I do not have four years to gain the necessary experience to become a licensed contractor. Are there any training programs, existing or coming down the pipeline, for fast-tracking of workforce development given an overall labor shortage in this country? |
