The American Gas Association respectully submits the attached comments on the California Air Resources Board's Draft Scoping Plan. We urge the Board to adopt the recommendation of the California Public Utility Commission to cover natural gas residential and commercial customers through enhanced energy efficiency programs and other measures, rather than placing them under a cap at this time. |
