Regarding the discussion of the Draft Scoping Plan pertaining on Transportation Strategies, we offer the following comment: 1. Page C-27: The Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) needs to be modified to include more credit generation opportunities for waste-derived fuels especially sewage biosolids, a large potential energy source. Please see the LACSD comment letter on this subject dated July 15, 2008 in the LCFS docket. |
