The mitigation measure is fine for California's cattle and hog farmers but misses the mark addressing the continuous methane leaks affecting the Aliso canyon residences nearby. It seems like state was trying to reach its GHG reduction goal and some pet projects on the backs of Porter Ranch & vicinity communities! Also besides methane, there are many other chemicals that affected the humans and pets. This was not addressed properly. I would recommend the state involve the affected residences, neighborhood councils and other local representatives before making this mitigation measures final. |
