Dear Mary Nichols, I'm writng because I'm concerned about the A.B 32 scoping plan. I want to be sure that it's truly ground breaking and as strong as we need it to be. We need a new Renewable Portfolio Standard to increase clean energy in our state, we need an "Indirect Source Rule" to control emissions from development projects and we need a well-designed cap-and-trade program.
