Submit Comments: The potential revisions would support alignment of the MRR and Cap-and-Trade Regulation, and clarify and update several sections of the regulations. In addition, staff will discuss potential modifications to both regulations to support California’s plan for compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan, and the regulatory schedule for potential amendments to both regulations.
