FINAL APPROVAL / OAL ACTION (ON INCREASING THE OXYGEN CAP)

Final Rulemaking Package for increasing the Oxygen Cap was filed with the Office of Administrative Law on March 5, 1999. The last day for OAL's determination is April 16, 1999. OAL approved the regulations on March 31, 1999 and filed them with the Secretary of State. The regulations became effective on the same date, March 31, 1999.
