| Description | The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is pleased to invite you to participate in the first public work group meeting on Clean Vehicle Purchase Incentives for Lower-Income Consumers as part of Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21 Funding Plan development. The purpose of this meeting is to start this year’s discussion of Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) and Financing Assistance Pilot Project implementation, available funding, expected demand, and potential changes. Meeting agenda and any handouts will be posted to the Low Carbon Transportation Investments and Air Quality Improvement Program website ahead of the meeting. |
