| Description | The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a work group meeting to discuss the Hybrid and Zero Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP). At this work group meeting staff will present potential changes under consideration to the HVIP project including: expanded funding options for zero-emission school bus fleets, transit fleets, and drayage fleets, additional support for small fleets, as well as new vehicle eligibility requirements for Zero Emission Powertrain Certification (ZEP-Cert). Staff will also discuss potential funding considerations related to upcoming regulations. The meeting agenda will be posted to the Low Carbon Transportation Investments and Air Quality Improvement Program website ahead of the meeting. |
