| Description | The California Air Resources Board (CARB) and local air districts invite your participation in public workshops to discuss new grant funds available to reduce emissions in the communities most affected by air pollution. Funds are available for use as voluntary incentive grants through the Carl Moyer Program, for fleets to replace or repower heavy duty engines and support infrastructure. The immediate emission reductions will reduce public health impacts of those engines, as part of the comprehensive Assembly Bill (AB) 617 strategy including monitoring, reporting, and regulation. |
