The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is pleased to invite you to participate in a public work group teleconference meeting on Clean Transportation Equity Projects as part of the Low Carbon Transportation Investments for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20 Funding Plan.

The Clean Transportation Equity Projects include Vehicle Purchasing Incentives and Clean Mobility Options. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss forthcoming programmatic changes for the Vehicle Purchase Incentive equity projects, which include Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers and EFMP Plus-Up / Clean Cars 4 All, as well as the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project for Low-to-Middle-Income Consumers.

These programmatic changes are part of an effort to align program criteria across the many clean transportation incentives funded by California Climate Investments. Topics discussed in this workgroup may include changes to vehicle incentive amounts, income verification methods, and definitions used in program operations and processes. Staff will also discuss the methods used to evaluate the appropriate changes.
