RULEMAKING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF PROPOSED REGULATIONS TO REDUCE EMISSIONS FROM DIESEL AUXILIARY ENGINES ON OCEAN-GOING VESSELS WHILE AT BERTH AT A CALIFORNIA PORT (December 6, 2007)
FINAL APPROVAL / OAL ACTION OAL approved the rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on December 3, 2008. The regulation will become effective on January 2, 2009.
ADOPTED REGULATIONS AND MATERIALS SUBMITTED TO OAL The Final Rulemaking Package was filed with OAL on October 17, 2008. OAL has until December 3, 2008 to make a determination.
